- Health
Care
- Data ID's Health Care Plan is
administered by Kaiser Medical Foundation. This medical
plan is designed to protect employees and their families
from serious financial hardship due to unforeseen medical
expenses. You may choose a doctor from an expansive list
of health care providers and receive in-network benefits.
If you receive care from your primary care provider, or a
specialist to whom you have been referred by your primary
care provider, you will be covered by in-network
benefits.

- Short Term Disability
- Coverage is provided automatically,
commencing with your first day of employment. To qualify,
you must complete a waiting period of seven (7)
consecutive days for a disability which is not work
related. Coverage may continue for up to 26 weeks.

- 401K
- 401K is a excellent vehicle to save
for retirement and lower your current taxable income. You
may be eligible to contribute up to 16% of your gross
income into this plan (unless restricted by IRS
regulations).

- Credit
Union
- Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is
offered as a direct deposit banking option for those
individuals who currently have direct deposit or would
like to move to direct deposit. Member services include
savings and/or checking accounts, loans, and club
accounts (e.g., Christmas Club).

- Vacation
- Eligible vacation time is available to
all regular full time employees following ninety (90)
days of continuous employment. Vacation allowance is
normally ten (10) days for years one and two, and
gradually escalates with service.

- Holidays
- Data ID observes ten holidays
annually. These usually include New Years Day,
Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving (two days), and Christmas (two
days), floating holiday. Actual holidays are subject to
change.

- Educational Assistance
- Data ID pays for 80% of approved
tuition and directly related fees. Data ID's commitment
to continuing professional development is evident through
its ongoing internal and external training programs.

- Company Performance Bonus
- The Data ID company-performance bonus
plan is designed to reward employees based on company
performance relative to sales and profit margin goals.
This bonus is calculated as a percent of profit and is
typically paid in December.

Dental Coverage
Dental coverage is through
a group dental plan administered by Delta Dental. The Plan covers
preventive and basic benefits such as oral examinations, dental
x-rays, cleanings, fillings and extractions. Additional coverage
consists of major services such as crowns and periodontics.
