DATA ID PRODUCT SUPPORT PROCEDURE

Data ID Systems technical support is open Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (excluding holidays).

To obtain technical support, call Data ID Systems at (408) 371-5764 and ask for Technical Support.

When you call, please have the following information at hand:

If the technical support person cannot get the product working and you want to return the item for repair, a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Please print the RMA form and fill in the required information.  Please prepare the item being returned for repair as follows:

Repairs are warranted for 30 days from the date of repair or for the balance of the original warranty period, which ever is greater.

You are responsible for insuring any product returned for service, and you assume the risk of loss during shipment to Data ID Systems. C.O.D. packages are not accepted and warranty repairs are subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the product warranty policy.
