The Cyclone M2000 hand-held and omni-directional countertop projection
scanner was developed specifically for all retail and light industrial environments.
The M2000 provides three automatic scan pattern adjustments for maximized
performance and hand-held ergonomics that gives users the flexibility to scan a
variety of bar codes and items without changing scanners. The M2000 has three
controllable scan patterns: rotating omni-directional, smart raster and single line.
The M2000 can be programmed to change these scan patterns automatically
when it is lifted off the counter for hand-held use. When the M2000 is placed back
on the counter top for hands-free use, a sensor on the bottom returns it back to its
preprogrammed scan pattern.

Its unique omni-directional scan pattern is a rotating grid of multiple scan lines
that eliminates scan pattern "holes" and increases performance and speed for
high first-pass read rates on all linear bar codes and truncated bar codes.
