A Site Survey provides a complete facility analysis by a radio technician who evaluates the site to determine the necessary wireless network equipment, its placement, power considerations and wireless requirements. A completed site survey allows Data ID Systems to guarantee 100% wireless coverage for your system, if Data ID Systems performs the install.
Wireless Backbone Installation:
Wireless Network Installation is the installation of physical wiring and equipment placement required to give you the wireless communications infrastructure needed to support your planned system use. Data ID Systems also mounts and configures the access points and antennas as part of the backbone installation.
In most industrial and warehouse installations, we recommend NEMA-quality environmental enclosures. In a typical Access Point mounting configuration, each diversity antenna is held at maximum distance from the access point for optimum reception performance. Our electricians are licensed to run Ethernet, fiber optic and electrical cabling.
Data ID custom-designs and builds all necessary enclosures, wiring closets, and electromechanical devices according to application needs. Data ID's Wiring Closets typically serve as hubs for Ethernet cables, fiber optic cables, and electrical power lines.
System Installation and Training:
Data ID Systems assist you in bringing your complex system on line, incorporating mobile data collection into your operational data flow and training your staff to operate and maintain the network. This ensures proper establishment and testing of the host connectivity between mobile terminals and wireless communications infrastructure.
