Deployment and Operations

Once testing is complete and software is in the release stage, the team begins the task of gathering project deliverables, preparing the final documentation, and conducting the project wrap-up.

Upon completion of the project, Data ID provides all items referenced in the Statement of Work (SOW). These items typically include:

  • Functional Requirements
  • Implementation Plan
  • Any installation or operation procedures
  • User documentation
  • Product training and support

Support and Maintenance Services: Successful technology deployments don't end with initial implementation. All Data ID solutions include a technical support and maintenance service component to manage implemented solutions after the implementation.
